• Email address — used to identify your account and send league-related emails.

• Display name — shown to other members of your league.

• Picks, predictions, and scores — your submitted race picks and the points you earn.

• Basic usage data — anonymised information about how the service is used (e.g. page views), to help us improve the platform.

We use your data solely to run The First Sector:

• To operate your league — store picks, calculate scores, and display results to your league members.

• To send league emails — pick reminders, results notifications, and other league-related messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on the following trusted third-party providers to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.

• Vercel — web hosting and deployment.

• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. Your data is processed by these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

The First Sector does not handle, process, or hold any money.

Prize pot amounts are entered by league commissioners for display purposes only. Any financial arrangements — collecting entry fees or distributing winnings — are informal agreements made directly between league members, entirely outside our platform and control.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Request correction of any inaccurate data.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
